Space Planning: Utilization of the information from the lifestyle analysis as a basis for conceptual design. Client approval on conceptual designs is required before moving forward with detailed designs and floor plans.

Finish Schedules: Inform contractors and installers of flooring, wall treatments, and fabrics that will be specified for each project. They often include door and window schedules if not supplied by an architect.

Furnishing, Fixtures & Equipment: (FF&E) Create the purchase orders for items to finalize each project.

Specifications: Provide written descriptions of items within the finished schedule and FF&E. Includes more detail than what will be found on the prints and includes preferences of manufacturers of products.

Project Management: We have the experience to manage a design or renovation project from start to finish.
